Class starts at 09:30am GMT/05:30pm Singapore.
You'll need the following ingredients:
230g plain flour
140g unsalted butter, softened
pinch of salt
beans or rice for blind baking
Lemon Pie Filling
1 tin condensed milk
2 egg yolks
60 ml lemon juice (about 2 lemons)
65g caster sugar
2 egg whites
You'll also need these bits of equipment:
10" round tart/quiche tin
Electric Mixer or whisk
So, how does this work?
Any time till 9PM GMT on the 20th of November
You can sign up for this class on our Google Form any time before the closing date. You will receive an automatic Google email confirming that you have signed up as soon as you submit.
On Saturday 21st of November
You will receive a full email with us, containing the recipe card, Zoom link, and tips and pointers.
Morning of Sunday 22nd November
Prepare all of your ingredients and get ready to join us!
