Yummy snack to keep in the fridge for whenever.
For the chocolate ganache
130ml of cream
130gr of dark chocolate
For the power ball
100gr chocolate ganache
130gr of oatmeal
70gr soaked pitted dates
1 tbsp chia seeds
Method Chocolate Ganache
Combine the cream and chocolate (broken into small pieces) into the pan stir over medium/low heat until you have a lovely chocolate mixture.
Remove from the heat and
Set to cool in the fridge for 30 min
Method Power Ball
Pitt and soak the dates for 30 min
Chop the dates into small pieces
In a mixing bowl add all your ingredients together: cooled ganache, oatmeal, chopped dates and chia seeds
Mix all the ingredients well together.
Then take a little bit of the dough and portion it out into individual balls
Once you shaped all your balls
Take a couple of them and coat it with the sprinkle
Set in the chiller for 30 minutes et voila, a great way to snack
If you can resist your power ball can stay in the chiller for up to 7 days
