Gooey, chocolately goodness for everyone to enjoy - including your vegetarian and vegan friends and family!

You'll need
290g butter, unsalted, softened
210g cane sugar
210g brown sugar
5g baking soda
5g salt
10g vanilla extract
2 eggs
200g cake flour
200g bread flour
350g chocolate chips

Whisk/Electric Mixer

Baking paper
Method
In a mixing bowl, whisk the butter, sugars, salt and baking soda together for 5 minutes until thick and creamy.
Whisk in the eggs and vanilla extract.
Sift the flour, add the chocolate chips and fold till you get a smooth batter.
Preheat the oven to 180°C/350°F.
Shape the cookies and line a baking tray.
Bake for 14 minutes, or till golden brown.
